By Fastalanasa 201 Views    0 Comments I got our CruiseControl.NET server back up. I went ahead and upgraded it to 1.4.0.3400, the latest stable build. By Fastalanasa 319 Views    0 Comments Well, looks like we are well on our way towards WheelMUD 0.3. Foxedup and I have already closed 2 items in the issue tracker. You can see what we have planned for this release here: http://www.codeplex.com/wheelmud/WorkItem/AdvancedList.aspx Please go use the same link to vote for the items that you would like to be worked on. By Fastalanasa 243 Views    0 Comments I finally got the source zipped up and uploaded to CodePlex. http://www.codeplex.com/wheelmud Please post in the Setup forum, if you have problems getting the source running. By Fastalanasa 290 Views    1 Comments I was finally able to get SharpForge to work on my server. The latest version of this software is sweet! I'm still tweaking the look and feel of that, but at least the correct logo is showing up now. You can get to it by navigating to: http://www.wheelforge.net I'm hoping to see things like: - Other-MUD to WheelMUD area converters
- Rulesets
- Simple SMTP server for WheelMUD
- Simple FTP server for WheelMUD

By Fastalanasa 380 Views    0 Comments Just wanted to let people know that the new WheelMUD code is moving along very well. There's a lot of activity over at the CodePlex site for WheelMUD. The rooms and mobs are now loading. There's a rudimentary mob AI as well. The infrastructure for remote administration is laid out, and ready for the next phase. The only problem we seem to have is with CodePlex itself. We are using the SvnBridge application to connect with their source control using Subversion tools. I've had to patch SvnBridge several times in order to be able to do normal svn activities. It has been quite frustrating, but at least I have access to SvnBridge's code, so that I can patch it whenever something falls on its face. All in all, I'm very pleased about where WheelMUD is headed. |
