WheelForge is back!

I was finally able to get SharpForge to work on my server. The latest version of this software is sweet! I'm still tweaking the look and feel of that, but at least the correct logo is showing up now.

Rulesets
Simple SMTP server for WheelMUD

The configuration issues have been resolved. We can now start new projects, and work on current ones. Remember to add /trunk at the end of the repository url to only get the working copy.
