I'm going to get rid of stored procedures, so that I can align this part of WM with its core goals. I want the DAL to be as database agnostic as possible.

SubSonic is very flexible and will be able to allow admins to add new queries in code. Subsonic has a new querying engine that lets you write queries in code. I believe this is called Sugar.
